We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and technically sound residential, commercial, and interior spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and execution teams, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and supporting projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare concept drawings, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Review and approve shop drawings submitted by contractors.
- Assist in material selection and specification.
- Prepare presentation drawings and design proposals for client meetings.
- Coordinate with procurement and execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and support successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and space design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with Revit (BIM) is preferred.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or other visualization software.
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and technical detailing skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 1–5 years of relevant architectural experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BIM workflows.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Familiarity with BOQ preparation and material specifications.
- Coordination experience with MEP and structural consultants.
- Strong presentation and client communication skills.
