Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong Full Stack Development skills and basic to intermediate DevOps knowledge to lead the development team, manage project delivery, and ensure smooth deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the software development team
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications
- Handle both Front-End and Back-End development activities
- Review code quality and mentor team members
- Coordinate with Project Managers and clients for project updates
- Manage API integrations and database handling
- Support deployment, server management, and DevOps activities
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in requirement analysis and technical planning
- Troubleshoot technical and production issues
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in Full Stack Development
- Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue
- Back-End: Node.js / PHP / Python / .NET
- Database: MySQL / MongoDB / PostgreSQL
- Knowledge in Git, CI/CD Pipeline, and Cloud Platforms
- Basic DevOps knowledge in deployment and server handling
- Experience with Docker, AWS, or Linux servers is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Agile/Scrum project handling experience
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
Salary:
As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
