We are seeking a Service Technician with basic experience in hydraulics systems (mechanical/electrical) to support customer site service operations across the Southern Region. The role involves field service, maintenance support, documentation, and coordination with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site service support for hydraulics systems at customer locations across South India
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair of hydraulic pumps and related equipment
Coordinate and report service activities to the Parker Service Manager in Chennai
Travel to customer sites as required (primarily Southern region) using bus/train
Collect competitor and market information from dealer/customer locations during idle time
Prepare and submit weekly service reports and documentation Maintain proper records of service visits and expense bills for reimbursement
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
