Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Location: Jamshedpur Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on Experience) Job Description We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand business operations in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Appoint and manage Channel Partners, Dealers, Distributors, and Sales Executives. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business associates. Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Organize promotional and marketing activities in the assigned area. Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation. Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Insurance, FMCG, Pharma, or related sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
