The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings both craft and clarity to the table — someone who can move between a luxury real estate brochure and a jewellery campaign without losing their design sensibility. This isn't a production-only role. You'll be expected to contribute ideas, communicate your thinking, and take ownership of work from brief to delivery.
What You'll Work On
- Brand identities, visual systems, and collateral across diverse client categories
- Social media creatives, campaign assets, and content for real estate, F&B, fashion, and jewellery brands
- Pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for client-facing use
- Print materials including brochures, catalogues, hoardings, and packaging
- Photo direction, layout design, and art working across digital and print formats
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at an agency or with multi-category clients
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates range, restraint, and a genuine eye for aesthetics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus
- Someone who communicates well — you should be able to present your work, articulate your design decisions, and take feedback constructively
- Comfortable working across both digital and print formats with an understanding of production requirements
- Detail-oriented without being rigid — you can hold a brief and adapt when things evolve
- A collaborative attitude; this is a small, fast-moving team and everyone's voice matters
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for luxury or premium positioning
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
- Exposure to brand strategy or the ability to think beyond just visuals
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
