AIRCHOICE Travels is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people plan their journeys and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight bookings.
- Handle holiday packages, hotel reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate travel information and itinerary planning.
- Maintain excellent customer service before and after booking.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
- Keep records of bookings and customer information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
- Prior experience in a travel agency is preferred but freshers with a passion for travel are welcome to apply.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
