Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Specialist to drive digital transformation within our tea business. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize operations, enhance supply chain efficiency, improve customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI/ML models to improve tea production, quality control, and yield forecasting.
- Implement predictive analytics for supply chain optimization, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Design AI-powered tools for customer insights, sales forecasting, and personalized marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement) to identify AI opportunities.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and AI systems for real-time analysis and reporting.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing ERP/CRM systems.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend innovative applications for the tea industry.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in AI/ML development or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agriculture, FMCG, or tea industry analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of computer vision for leaf grading and quality inspection.
- Experience with IoT integration for smart farming or factory automation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
