Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, developing strategic corporate relationships, and growing existing accounts. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong networking abilities, and the ability to understand client requirements and recommend customized branding and gifting solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Corporate B2B Sales with a proven ability to generate business, build long-term relationships, and consistently achieve revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Explore new industries, market segments, and business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend customized branding and gifting solutions.
- Develop long-term relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Maximize revenue from both new and existing clients.
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery, product approvals, and project completion.
- Support smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights to support product and business development.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records and opportunity tracking.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, proposals, collections, and client communications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- MBA or PGDM will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–8 years of proven experience in Corporate B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition, key account management, and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in selling products or services to corporate clients across industries.
- Strong track record of consultative selling, business development, and relationship management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B sales across industries such as IT Services, SaaS, Office Solutions, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, Industrial Products, Logistics, Facility Management, Commercial Real Estate, Business Services, or similar sectors.
- Strong network of corporate decision-makers including HR Heads, Procurement Heads, Admin Heads, Marketing Heads, Purchase Managers, and CXOs will be an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and close high-value business deals.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
