Job Title: Manager AR (Cardiology Physician Billing)
Location: Hyderabad Experience: 12+ Years (Min 1 Year as Manager Ops)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AR Manager with strong expertise in Cardiology (Physician Billing) to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, drive team performance, and ensure revenue maximization through effective denial management and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of AR callers handling Cardiology specialty accounts

Ensure end-to-end AR management including follow-ups, denials, and collections
-
Analyze and work on complex denials (coding, medical necessity, bundling, etc.)

Monitor team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and revenue targets

Identify process gaps and implement quality & productivity improvements
-
Provide floor support, training, and mentoring to team members
-
Ensure adherence to client guidelines and compliance standards

Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports
Required Skills & Expertise:
-
Strong domain knowledge in Physician Billing AR (Cardiology specialty mandatory)

Hands-on experience in denial management & appeals
-
Good understanding of CPT, ICD, modifiers (Cardiology procedures preferred)

Experience handling payers like Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercials

Strong knowledge of aging reports, AR metrics, and revenue cycle KPIs

Excellent team handling and client communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience managing a team of 100+ AR callers

Exposure to client interactions and escalation handling
-
