Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years of experience in a Jewellery Retail Showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall showroom operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Coordinate with management on daily business activities.
Qualification
- Graduate (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Experience in jewellery retail operations is mandatory.
