What would you do? Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. Sales Support resource is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the sales team, primarily focused on maximizing revenue generation by managing customer accounts, processing orders, generating reports, and ensuring smooth customer interactions, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to achieve sales targets. Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Role Summary The Account Planning Specialist supports strategic account development by preparing, maintaining, and governing structured account plans aligned with sales objectives and client priorities. The role conducts research on client strategies, market trends, and workforce initiatives to generate actionable insights that support account growth discussions. By coordinating with Sales, Client Account Leads, and Sales Operations teams, the specialist ensures account planning materials, documentation, and insights remain accurate, structured, and aligned with business strategy and client engagement objectives. Key Accountabilities • Align with Sales teams to understand account goals, key stakeholders, and strategic priorities supporting account planning activities. • Conduct research on client strategies, industry trends, workforce initiatives, and competitor positioning to generate insights for account planning. • Gather and compile client intelligence, account insights, and opportunity information from internal systems, public sources, and market research. • Translate research findings into clear client priorities, strategic insights, and actionable inputs that support account growth strategies. • Develop and maintain structured account planning documents including account plans, briefing materials, and strategic planning templates. • Support preparation of account planning presentations, executive briefings, and client engagement materials used in strategy discussions. • Coordinate with Sales and Client Account Leads to review account plans and refine insights based on stakeholder feedback. • Deliver finalized account plan artifacts and ensure structured documentation of account strategies and growth initiatives. • Maintain account planning trackers, documentation repositories, and collaboration workspaces to ensure organized and accessible records. • Periodically review and update account plans, ensuring insights, priorities, and account engagement activities remain current and aligned with sales strategy. • Develop structured account plan artifacts covering objectives, stakeholders, value plays, and next-step actions based on inputs and research. • Validate, deliver, and iterate on account plans with relevant stakeholders to ensure usability and alignment with evolving account priorities.
