Job Summary
ATEES Industrial Training Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Central Curriculum Head – Python, Data Science, Machine Learning & AI to lead curriculum development, trainer management, academic quality, and technical training standards across our programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, along with experience in curriculum development and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize curricula for Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI programs.
- Design structured course syllabi, lesson plans, practical sessions, assignments, assessments, and projects.
- Ensure course content is aligned with current industry requirements and job-market trends.
- Review and continuously update technical curriculum based on emerging technologies.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure proper curriculum implementation and delivery.
- Monitor trainer performance, technical knowledge, and teaching quality.
- Conduct technical evaluations and trainer grooming sessions.
- Develop practical projects and industry-oriented case studies for students.
- Ensure consistency in technical training standards across all programs and batches.
- Review student performance, feedback, and learning outcomes.
- Identify gaps in technical content and implement improvements.
- Guide trainers on teaching methodologies and practical implementation.
- Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning frameworks, and Data Science tools.
- Collaborate with management to introduce new technology-focused courses.
- Prepare curriculum reports, trainer performance reports, and academic updates for management.
