Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven US Call Process Assistant to manage US sales activities, including handling inbound and outbound leads and engaging prospects to drive business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads (calls, website inquiries, emails) and respond promptly
- Perform outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage, qualify, and nurture leads from the US market
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant digital marketing/web development services
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM
- Consistently achieve meeting booking and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong US accent with excellent spoken English (mandatory)
- Experience in US call process (inbound/outbound sales or lead generation)
- Proven ability to convert leads into meetings
- Willingness to work in night shift (9 PM – 6 AM IST)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Experience in digital marketing or web development company will be an added advantage
