About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused exclusively on outbound cold calling and lead generation for Google Cloud and Google Workspace services.
The primary objective is to generate qualified leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform 100–200 high-volume outbound cold calls daily to SMB and Mid-Market prospects in the US market
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as CTOs, IT Managers, and Founders
- Qualify prospects based on cloud requirements, basic fit, and interest level
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and leadership
- Accurately update call outcomes, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Maintain clean lead data and consistent activity tracking
- Use prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms for lead generation.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound cold calling or BDR roles (SaaS / IT services preferred)
- Proven confidence handling US-market cold calls
- Experience selling or generating leads for Google Cloud and/or Google Workspace is a plus
- Strong objection-handling and consultative conversation skills
- Excellent spoken English with a professional phone presence
- Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours
Shift Details: US Shift / Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
