ROLE OVERVIEW
Provide post-sale support for alternators and starter motors
Diagnose customer issues promptly and help find the correct solution under warranty
Provide clear resolutions, including troubleshooting guidance, warranty replacement, or next steps
Assist customers pre-sale in choosing the correct part for their vehicle
REQUIREMENTS
Engineering graduates preferred
Electrical/ Electronic or Mechanical Engineering background
Knowledge of 12V automotive electrics
Strong written English skills
Able to work independently
Customer-focused problem-solving approach
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
