Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates must have fluency in English communication, writing, and reading.
- Finalize weekly or monthly dispatch dates with the PPC team and coordinate current status updates.
- · Prepare the next day's dispatch schedule in collaboration with the PPC team, ensuring timely preparation.
- · Coordinate with customers regarding orders, forecasts, and dispatches through phone calls.
- · Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring all queries are addressed.
- · Update and manage tasks assigned by management.
- · Prepare and send quotations to customers, and coordinate with management for final approval.
- · Enter sales orders into the ERP system and assist in testing the CRM module.
- · Prepare and finalize daily reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- · Coordinate with the PPC team to manage material stock levels and ensure timely procurement.
- · Monitor and coordinate vehicle status with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
- · Handle coordination with transporters as required, based on specific situations.
Requirements:
- · Graduation in any field.
- · Proven experience in customer development and relationship management.
- · Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
