Job Summary:
D'LIFE Interiors is looking for a Data Calling Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English and be confident in interacting with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers using the provided database.
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect customer feedback regarding products and services.
- Update customer information and call records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
