Job Title: Admin Head
Location: Manjeri, Malappuaram
Job Summary:
The Admin Head is responsible for overseeing and monitoring the administrative operations across all branches. This role ensures that Branch Admins effectively manage university coordination, education loan activities, branch documentation, and discipline while maintaining institutional standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor the performance of Branch Admins.
* Ensure timely completion of university-related documentation and coordination.
* Monitor education loan processing and follow-up activities.
* Oversee branch documentation, record maintenance, and administrative compliance.
* Ensure discipline and adherence to institutional policies across branches.
* Conduct regular reviews, provide guidance, and resolve administrative issues.
* Prepare administrative reports and coordinate with management.
* Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* 2–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and administrative documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple branches and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
