Key Responsibilities Payroll Management
- Prepare and process monthly payroll with complete accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Verify payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Generate salary slips and coordinate salary disbursement with the Accounts Department.
- Process Full & Final Settlement (F&F) for resigned employees.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, salary, deductions, and statutory benefits.
Attendance Management
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance, shift schedules, leave records, and overtime through HRMS or attendance management software.
- Verify attendance data before payroll processing and coordinate with department heads to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare attendance reports and ensure accurate employee records.
Statutory Compliance
- Manage PF and ESIC registration for new employees.
- Prepare and verify PF and ESIC challans and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Maintain payroll-related statutory records and support labour law compliance.
- Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for payroll-related compliance matters when required.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly payroll MIS reports, headcount reports, attendance reports, and other HR dashboards.
- Analyze payroll data and provide reports for management review.
- Maintain payroll documentation and employee master records.
HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll.
- Maintain employee records, salary revisions, increments, and payroll documentation.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee salary information and HR records.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in payroll processing and salary preparation.
- Hands-on experience in attendance and leave management.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, and MIS Reporting.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent postgraduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Proven experience in salary preparation, payroll management, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in payroll software, HRMS, Advanced MS Excel, and statutory compliance in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
