Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and passionate Agriculture Graduates to join our field operations team. If you love spending time in the fields, interacting with farmers, and providing technical crop solutions, this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: * Field Visits & Campaigning: Travel across villages in Cuddalore / Ariyalur districts to meet farmers directly. Farmer Education: Educate farmers on soil health and the benefits of the Agri Needss complete package (Remi Gold, Himalaya, Kalpa Viruksha, Samudra & Metaphor). Demo Plots Management: Identify Anchor Farmers, set up demonstration plots, monitor crop stages, and document the results (visuals & data). Dealer Coordination: Support local dealers by generating farmer demand and driving product sales in the assigned territory. Requirements: * Education: B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture / B.Tech Agri. Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply). Skills: Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
