Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic “Senior Engineer Sales” to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and a passion for sales.
Job Summary:
Proven experience in Engineering Product Marketing or a similar role, familiar with Product Marketing tactics, willing to travel in allotted zones for meeting customer requirements and achieving desired sales target. BE/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI/Any Graduate with 2 to 5 Years experience in Pressure, Temperature, Level & Flow Transmitters, Dust/Opacity Monitors, Ignitors, Pilot Burners, Tunnel Sensors, RTD/TC, Pressure Gauges or related products is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Handing all correspondence and enquiries with customers regarding their requirements and subsequent quotation submission and provide technical support and information to customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Should have fine skills in technical presentations/demonstration
- Manage End-To-End MIS/Reporting for all Customers interactions (Enquiries, Quotations, Orders, Payments, Complaints, Delivery Etc.)
- Co-ordination with Project management, Applications & Productions team for respective follow-ups/Updates. Negotiate contracts and pricing
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Appetite for traveling for customer visits.
- Can work remotely
- Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and services
Skills Required:
- Strong communication (Speaking and Writing)
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Target oriented and self-initiating personality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel outstation extensively in defined zone.
Educational Requirements:
B.Sc, B Tech, BE, Diploma/ITI ( Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field)
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or related field
