Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director
Location: Delhi
Industry Preference: Hospitality Industry
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and MOMs (Minutes of Meetings).
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.
- Screen calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the Director.
- Follow up on pending tasks, projects, and action items.
- Organize meetings, events, and business interactions.
- Maintain records, files, and administrative documentation.
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the Director.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Professional personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
