Job Position: Senior Process Associate
Experience: 1 to 8 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Coimbatore/ Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and chat channels.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive sales.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities by effectively presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and objections while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and sales updates in CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies, sales processes, tools, and quality standards.
- Meet sales targets, productivity goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and business growth.
Eligibility
- 1 to 8 years of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
