Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate GLimpse's solutions effectively.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to generate new business opportunities.
- Track sales activities and report progress against targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting outreach.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is a plus.Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B sales or lead generation.Understanding of technology, SaaS, AI, or digital solutions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of qualified leads generated.
