Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer data, follow-ups, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer database in CRM system
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support)
- Update CRM records with accurate customer interactions
- Track customer feedback and share insights with the team
- Assist in improving customer engagement and retention
- Generate basic reports from CRM system
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
