Job Title : HR MANAGER
Location : Nanthencode, Trivandrum
Qualification : MBA in HR / BBA or related field
Exp :3–8 years of experience in HR management.
*Experience in construction field will be preferred
Responsibilities
1.Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
2.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3.Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
4.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
5.Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Skills
1.Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, payroll, and HR practices.
2.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
