An HR Generalist is responsible for handling a wide range of human resource functions within an organization. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations such as recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and leave, coordinating payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies. An HR Generalist also acts as a point of contact for employee concerns, assists in employee engagement initiatives, and supports management in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain HR records.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Manage exit formalities and final settlement coordination.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
1 - 2 years in HR operations or HR Generalist role.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
