Role purpose
MISSION Build and operate an AI-assisted content production system for multiple US brands. Turn founder footage, business insight and growth briefs into differentiated reels, videos, images and campaign assets while maintaining character, identity, brand and workflow consistency.
This is not a template-only editing role and not a purely conceptual creative-director role. You must be able to take work from idea to approved asset, build repeatable AI workflows, edit professionally and manage production quality across several distinct client brands.
What you will own
- Create content pillars, concepts, hooks, scripts, shot guidance, production calendars and approval workflows for multiple clients.
- Convert US founder-recorded footage into high-retention reels, cut-downs, captions, thumbnails and platform-specific variants.
- Build reproducible ComfyUI or equivalent node-based workflows for consistent people, characters, products, locations and visual styles.
- Use appropriate identity and style controls—such as reference conditioning, ControlNet, IP-Adapter, LoRA or equivalent methods—and document the workflow.
- Edit with professional tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or equivalent, including story, pacing, sound, captions, continuity and finishing.
- Maintain character sheets, style guides, prompts, models, nodes, assets, versions and licensing records so approved outputs can be reproduced.
- Automate repetitive production and handoff steps through APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier or equivalent tools while keeping human creative review.
- Coordinate editors, designers, animators, videographers or vendors when needed and retain final quality accountability.
- Use performance feedback from the growth team to improve hooks, formats and calls to action without erasing brand distinctiveness.
What good looks like in the first 90 days
- Each active client has a distinct voice, style bible, content pillars, character or identity rules and production calendar.
- Founder footage becomes approved multi-format content on a predictable weekly cadence.
- AI workflows are reproducible, versioned and documented rather than dependent on one person's undocumented prompts.
- Published assets meet brand, platform, consent, privacy, licensing and quality requirements.
- Production time and rework decrease while visual consistency and content performance improve.
Must-have evidence
- A portfolio or showreel showing professional short-form editing and AI-assisted image or video work. Candidates without accessible work evidence will not proceed beyond the AI interview.
- At least two years of professional short-form video editing and at least one year producing content for US clients.
- Experience producing for multiple client brands or accounts at the same time.
- Hands-on ComfyUI or an equivalent node-based generative workflow, including reproducibility and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrable identity or character consistency across multiple images or shots—not only single-image prompting.
- Strong editorial judgment across hook, story, pacing, captions, sound, continuity, brand voice and platform adaptation.
- Permanent ability to work from the Zirakpur office with reliable US-client overlap.
Useful additional experience
- Image-to-video, motion graphics, avatars, voice, lip sync, product visualization or local/cloud GPU workflow experience.
- Automation, APIs, storage, rendering queues, asset management and workflow observability.
- Experience directing founder recordings or giving practical remote shot guidance.
- Portfolio across healthcare, education, local businesses, ecommerce, creators or sensitive lawful categories.
Work model and professional maturity
- This is a permanent work-from-office role in Zirakpur with a six-day work week, a defined weekly off and US-aligned working hours.
- Client sectors may include healthcare, education, local services, ecommerce, psychology, wellness, anatomy education, spirituality, artists, lawful adult-wellness products, affiliate businesses and blockchain.
- You must be able to handle mature or sensitive subject matter professionally and without judgment, while following applicable law, consent, privacy, brand standards and platform policies.
- AI may accelerate research and production; the employee remains accountable for accuracy, confidentiality, judgment and the final output.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
