Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning procurement activities.
- Resolve issues related to material shortages, quality concerns, or delayed deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP/Procurement software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of vendor management and inventory control.
- Familiarity with GST and basic purchase documentation is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
