We are seeking for Supervisor CCTV , for our township Nanded City, situated at Sinhgad Road, Pune.
Mandatory Requirement :-Network Supervisor for handling CCTV, Boom Barrier, Access Control, and Telecommunication systems,
Qualification:
ITI (Electrician/Electronics) or Diploma in ENTC
Experience:
8 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experience
Required Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems including IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR configuration, networking, and surveillance monitoring
Hands-on experience in Boom Barrier systems, Access Control systems (RFID, biometric, card-based), and gate automation
Sound knowledge of Telecommunication systems including intercom, EPABX, and structured cabling
Strong troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification skills for all above systems
Ability to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance efficiently
Knowledge of network basics (LAN/WAN), IP addressing, and system integration
Experience in material management, spares planning, and inventory control
Good computer proficiency (MS Office, basic software handling, report preparation)
Ability to prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and maintain documentation
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors
The candidate should be capable of independently handling system operations, identifying faults, and ensuring minimal downtime with effective resolution.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
