We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive to join our Software Quality Assurance Process Team. The candidate will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality processes across delivery domains, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client expectations.

Assist in implementing and maintaining quality processes across projects and delivery teams.

Conduct internal audits and process compliance checks.

Support documentation and reporting of process adherence and deviations.

Collaborate with project teams to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Maintain and update quality metrics dashboards and reports.

Participate in process training and awareness sessions.

Assist in preparation for external audits and certifications (e.g., ISO, CMMI).

Ensure timely escalation of quality issues to the Quality Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in software quality assurance or process compliance.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality models.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Exposure to ISO/CMMI v2.0/3.0 frameworks or similar quality standards.

Experience with quality statistical tools and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Certification in Quality Assurance or Process Management is a plus.
