Job Description
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate business through inbound and outbound calls. The candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable speaking with potential clients, and consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into customers.
- Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings or online consultations for interested clients.
- Update CRM with lead status and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding.
Target
- Achieve ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 in sales revenue every month through inbound and outbound calling.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and conversion goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi communication (English is a plus).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Experience in IT Services, Digital Marketing, Website Development, or E-commerce sales is preferred.
