Position reports to – Assistant Director
Job Purpose
We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Markets team based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients by developing actionable, results‑oriented strategies—including financial spreading and modeling, industry and market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity evaluations.
- Conduct trading and transaction comparable analyses and perform detailed financial statement reviews, including credit analysis, capital structure assessments, covenant monitoring, KPI tracking, liquidity analysis, and cash‑flow evaluations.
- Develop and maintain portfolio monitoring templates, update monthly/quarterly financials on a recurring basis.
- Prepare comprehensive company profiles, investment notes, and detailed investment memos with clear recommendations.
- Assist in creating and updating RFP, DDQ, and annual review reporting templates.
- Collaborate and engage with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporates.
- Perform quality checks on client deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments. Comparative / relative valuation analysis through trading and transaction comps could be added advantage (Relative Valuation analysis).
- Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes
- Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment.
- Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing output, leading a team of few analysts and associates, reviewing team’s work, signing off before delivery
- Understanding project requests, discussing projects, negotiating deadlines, handling client queries
- Hiring, coaching, mentoring, guiding, training performing teams on the job, as well as ad-hoc training session
Key Competencies:

6-10 years of experience in quantitative analysis, including dashboard creation, financial spreading and modelling, trading comps, transactions comps, review and summarizing reports, benchmarking, company profiling, etc.

Team leadership and client handling skills

CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from a top tier business school

Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
