Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and end users. The candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and be willing to support users at office and client locations when required.
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.SC/B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, ECE) or any relevant qualification
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Provide hardware and software support to end users.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet).
- Configure and support email accounts and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain IT assets and update service records.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Support users through phone, remote access, and onsite visits.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP).
- Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Printer installation and support.
- Microsoft Office and Outlook support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
