Full job description

The Cloud Admin L3 (HDFC) is responsible for the administration and management of cloud infrastructure and services. This role involves ensuring the availability, performance, and security of cloud resources, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting.

Location - Airoli (Mumbai)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have Cloud Network and security experience.

Background of Banking and financial domain more suitable

Should have Strong auditing background

Strong automation experience.

Strong in troubleshooting

Experience in compliance, regulatory aspects, authentication and authorization.

CIS, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2, DMZ, MBSS. RBAC

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Minimum 8+ years of experience.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge and Minimum 8 years of total experience with 4+ years of relevant GCP experience
Strong understanding of cloud architecture
Hands-on experience in deploying cloud services using Terraform
Defining and configuring alert thresholds as directed by the Cloud CoE
Monitoring incidents and responding to relevant teams based on RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
Generating reports and submitting data based on team requirements
Implementing cloud security controls as directed by the Info-Sec team
Following up for audit and compliance point closure post-implementation
Cloud process automation and standardization
Golden AMI creation and patching of golden images
Updating AMI access across accounts for latest image deployments
Deep understanding of IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) technologies
Familiarity with Service Management best practices (e.g., ITIL)
Effective troubleshooting and analytical skills for managing complex technical projects
Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders
Basic understanding of network & security and data centre architecture
Professional cloud certifications preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect cloud resources.
Automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
Provide technical support and guidance to users.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
