About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of delivering measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
- Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI, ROAS, and lead generation.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates through continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
