Dhobi G is looking for a Customer Experience Executive to manage student support, complaint resolution, and customer experience operations across college campuses in Chennai.
This role is not just about answering calls.
You will be responsible for protecting customer trust, solving student issues professionally, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring students have a smooth experience with Dhobi G services.
We are looking for candidates who are calm under pressure, communicate professionally, and can handle both calls and WhatsApp support effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle student/customer queries through calls and WhatsApp
- Resolve complaints professionally and empathetically
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for issue resolution
- Follow up on pending complaints and escalations
- Maintain professional communication during stressful situations
- Handle delivery delays, service issues, and customer dissatisfaction
- Maintain proper complaint documentation and updates
- Ensure fast response and strong customer experience standards
- Protect Dhobi G’s reputation through professional customer handling
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, voice process, BPO, or customer service roles
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Ability to handle frustrated or angry customers calmly
- Comfortable handling both calls and chat/WhatsApp communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
