Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided data.
- Respond to inquiries from social media and website leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English. (Proficiency in Malayalam & Hindi is a plus.)
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
