Job Overview:
Responsible for supervising and executing retail interior fit-out and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality interior finishes, timely completion, safety compliance, and seamless coordination of Interior, Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP works.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, design intent, and project schedules.
2. Ensure proper execution of interior works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, joinery, furniture installation, signage, and display fixtures.
3. Coordinate Interior, Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP activities to avoid clashes and delays.
4. Verify site measurements and ensure accuracy before fabrication and installation.
5. Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, detailing, and adherence to design specifications.
6. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
7. Track material deliveries, installations, and site progress.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards, especially for retail environments.
9. Conduct inspections, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely closure before handover.
10. Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in retail fit-outs, commercial interiors, industrial projects, and MEP coordination
