We have a super-critical demand for an Azure Devops lead based in Hyderabad or Gurgaon. This position requires candidates to work from the office 4 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions for B2B commerce platforms, including API gateways, messaging systems (EDI, AS2, SFTP), event-driven architectures, and hybrid cloud deployments.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture workshops with enterprise clients to understand integration requirements, data flows, compliance needs, and SLA expectations.
- Define scalable reference architectures and reusable patterns for multi-tenant B2B environments, ensuring consistency and governance across implementations.
- Own infrastructure security and compliance architecture, including identity federation, mTLS, encryption, secrets management, audit logging, and adherence to regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and DevOps teams to translate architecture into implementation through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability best practices.
- Drive high-availability, disaster recovery, resiliency, and business continuity strategies for distributed systems.
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization initiatives, including performance tuning, scalability planning, and cost management across Azure environments.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point during complex deployments, migrations, and production incidents.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers on infrastructure architecture standards, governance, and engineering best practices.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or solutions architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud platform, with hands-on experience across networking, compute, storage, IAM, and managed cloud services.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise integration or B2B platform solutions, with familiarity in EDI standards, API management, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern security principles, including zero-trust architecture, identity and access management, secrets management, and secure connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Azure Bicep, Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
- Good experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architecture, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business and executive audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including clients, engineering, operations, and product teams.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,449,799.75 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
