ABOUT THE ROLE
Career Launcher Ahmedabad is looking for a passionate VA/RC faculty member to teach Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, Grammar, and Critical Reasoning to students preparing for MBA and Law entrance exams — including CAT, GMAT, IPMAT, CLAT, CMAT, and XAT. The ideal candidate has strong command over the English language, deep reading habits, and the ability to simplify complex passages and verbal reasoning for diverse learners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct classroom and online sessions covering Reading Comprehension, Para Jumbles, Para Summary, Verbal Reasoning, and Grammar
- Teach Critical Reasoning and Logical Deduction as required for GMAT, CLAT, and CAT
- Develop high-quality study material, passage banks, mock tests, and vocabulary resources
- Track individual student progress and conduct personalised doubt-clearing sessions
- Analyse previous year exam papers and update teaching approach based on exam trends
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain consistency and quality across batches
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate / Post-graduate in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, Humanities, or any related field
- Strong percentile in CAT / GMAT / CLAT (Verbal section) preferred
- Prior coaching or teaching experience in VA/RC is a plus
- Excellent reading speed and comprehension across diverse text types
