About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Food Production Trainer (Chef Trainer) who enjoys cooking and teaching. If you have kitchen experience and want to train students to become professional chefs, this role is a good fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach students practical cooking skills (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.)
- Conduct live kitchen demonstrations
- Guide students during practical sessions
- Share knowledge about hygiene and kitchen management
- Help students prepare for hotel industry jobs
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hotel kitchens or as a chef
- Knowledge of food production (multi-cuisine preferred)
- Interest in teaching and mentoring
- Good communication skills
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
