Position: Sales Executive

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive who has a basic understanding of Bitumen and Bituminous products (materials used in road construction). In this role, you will be responsible for finding new B2B clients, handling customer meetings, and closing sales deals. You should be able to manage your daily sales work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Find and connect with new B2B clients, contractors, and construction companies.
- Travel for site visits and meet clients face-to-face to understand their project needs.
- Share product details, give price quotes, and close sales orders successfully.
- Build and maintain good, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Handle client complaints or queries quickly and professionally.
- Meet monthly sales targets set by the company management.
Required Skills
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Bitumen or road construction materials.
- Sales Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales roles.
- Communication: Good speaking and listening skills in Hindi and English.
- Independent Work: Ability to handle clients and close deals on your own.
- Mobility: Ready to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Qualification
- Graduate degree in any stream (such as BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or BA).
- Candidates with an MBA in Marketing or a related background will have an added advantage.
