Job Overview:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to support our admissions team by connecting with prospective students and sharing information about our programs. The role involves outbound calls, lead generation, and guiding candidates through the initial stages of the enrollment process. This is a target-oriented role suited for individuals with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about courses and programs
- Generate and qualify leads for the admissions team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Build rapport with candidates and address basic queries
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language
Compensation:
- Fixed salary with performance-based incentives
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
