Job Description – Service Head (Pan India)
Experience: 6–8 Years
Reporting To: Head – Operations
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Pan India after-sales service operations.
Develop and strengthen the service network across company-owned stores and MBO stores.
Drive warranty management, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure availability and planning of spare parts.
Monitor service KPIs, TAT, warranty costs, and the performance of company-owned stores and MBO stores.
Conduct technical training and service audits for company-owned stores and MBO stores.
Implement and maintain service SOPs across all service locations.
Coordinate with Product, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve field issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
6–8 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in the EV or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of service operations, warranty processes, spare parts management, and managing company-owned stores and MBO stores.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
