Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager Production to oversee production activities, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure quality and safety compliance within our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities
- Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor operations
- Ensure efficient machine utilization and process control
- Maintain production quality standards and safety compliance
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams
- Monitor production targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records
Required Qualifications:
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Aluminium Die Casting Foundry operations
- Hands-on experience in PDC (Pressure Die Casting), GDC (Gravity Die Casting), and LPDC (Low Pressure Die Casting)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Manufacturing or Automobile Industry
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices is an advantage
