Job Summary
SAP S/4 EWM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities with 6 to 7 years of experience.
- Lead SAP EAM (PM) configuration including :
- Equipment & Functional Locations
- Maintenance Plans & Task Lists
- Notifications & Work Orders
- Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EAM solutions.
- Drive full lifecycle implementations : blueprinting, configuration, testing (UT / SIT / UAT), cutover, and go-live support.
- Integrate SAP EAM with MM, PP, QM, and FI / CO for spare parts, production coordination, quality inspections, and cost tracking.
- Configure measuring points, counters, calibration, warranties, and refurbishment processes .
- Support asset master data governance and data migration activities.
- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams for reports, enhancements, and workflows.
- Develop user documentation and conduct training / knowledge transfer sessions.
Required Qualifications
- with 6 to 7 years of experience. of hands-on SAP EAM / PM consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and asset lifecycle management .
- Experience with SAP S / 4HANA EAM preferred.
- In-depth understanding of plant maintenance processes in asset-intensive industries.
- Experience configuring order types, notification types, maintenance strategies, and task lists .
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders in a remote setup.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in manufacturing.
- Exposure to SAP Linear Asset Management (LAM) and Mobile EAM solutions.
- Integration experience with SAP AIN, GIS, or IoT platforms .
- SAP EAM / PM certification.
Key Responsibilities
1. To administer ERP in production environment
2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
