Job Description – HR Recruiter
Dot Media is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience in an Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Creative Agency. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agency hiring, creative talent acquisition, and the ability to identify top professionals across creative, digital, and client servicing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire talent for roles including Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Writers, Social Media Executives, Performance Marketers, SEO Specialists, Account Managers, Creative Strategists, and Client Servicing professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and salary benchmarks within the advertising and digital marketing industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience in an Advertising Agency, Media Agency, or Creative Agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising industry roles and hiring requirements.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
