We are a business intelligence platform offering one of India's most comprehensive libraries of expert interview transcripts, covering sectors, companies, and themes relevant to institutional investors, equity analysts, and asset managers. Our clients include fund houses, research firms, and investment banks that rely on our content to make sharper investment decisions.
We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will own our digital presence across LinkedIn and other B2B channels, building credibility, generating inbound interest, and positioning us as the go-to source for primary research content in the institutional investment community.
This is not a brand-awareness role. It is a revenue-linked content strategy position where your work directly influences how fund managers and analysts discover, evaluate, and subscribe to our platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
LinkedIn & B2B Content Strategy
- Build and execute a LinkedIn content calendar targeting institutional investors, buy-side analysts, and research professionals
- Craft thought leadership posts, data snippets, and industry insights drawn from our transcript library
- Manage and grow our company's LinkedIn page, and support personal branding for founders and senior team members
- Develop content formats that demonstrate product value: expert soundbites, sector trend threads, analyst-relevant data points
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Translate complex financial research themes into compelling, shareable social content without oversimplifying
- Work with internal research and product teams to surface content-worthy insights from our transcript library
- Write copy that speaks the language of portfolio managers and equity research heads
- Produce or coordinate multimedia content (short videos, carousels, infographics) aligned with a financial professional audience
Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing
- Align social content with marketing funnel goals: awareness, trial signups, and enterprise lead generation
- Collaborate with sales to develop account-based marketing content for top target institutions
- Track content-to-pipeline attribution and report regularly on what is working
Community & Engagement
- Monitor and engage with relevant conversations in the institutional investment community on LinkedIn and Twitter/X
- Identify and cultivate relationships with finance thought leaders for potential amplification or collaboration
- Respond to inbound comments and messages professionally, maintaining brand tone across touchpoints
Analytics & Optimisation
- Own social media analytics: follower growth, engagement rate, click-throughs, and lead attribution
- Run tests on post formats, timing, and messaging; iterate based on data
- Prepare bi-weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or B2B digital marketing
- Demonstrated track record managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand, ideally in financial services, fintech, KPO/research, or professional services
- Experience producing content for sophisticated professional audiences, not consumer brands
Domain Knowledge
- Working understanding of capital markets, investment research, or financial services. You need not be an analyst, but you must speak the language
- Familiarity with how institutional investors consume research: analyst reports, expert networks, primary research, earnings transcripts
- Awareness of B2B content formats that work in financial services: whitepapers, data snapshots, thought leadership, case studies
Skills
- Exceptional written English: clear, precise, professional, with zero tolerance for filler
- Strong visual sensibility for financial content such as LinkedIn carousels, data graphics, and infographics
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics dashboards, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent) to produce social-ready assets independently
- Analytical mindset: comfortable reading performance data and drawing strategic conclusions
