We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive to strengthen relationships with our existing clients and generate repeat business opportunities. The role involves interacting with leads generated through exhibitions, social media platforms, and our existing customer database.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing customers and maintain regular communication.
- Contact leads collected through exhibition booths, trade fairs, and social media channels.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products and solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert inquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Create, update, and manage customer databases and sales records.
- Track customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on lead status, conversions, and customer feedback.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
